USING ONLY BODY MOVEMENT AND FACIAL EXPRESSIONS TELL A SHORT STORY

STORYTELLING IN THEORY AND PRACTICE.

1. THEORY

PRESENT A STOP-MOTION VIDEO ABOUT BASICS OF STORYTELLING.

FIRST STOP-MOTION MADE BY ME, AS AN INTERN AT PAX.

Posters and Campaigns
Symbols
Comics and drawings
Animation
Street art
Performance
Radio Podcast

GOALS:

1. INTRODUCE BASICS OF STORYTELLING + STORYTELLING MEDIUMS

2. ENCURAGE PARTICIPANTS TO TRY NEW WAYS OF STORYTELLING.

3. PRESENT STORYTELLING METHODS THAT CAN KEEP THE STORYTELLER ANONIMUS,

IF NEEDED.  ( FOR PEACFUL ACTIVISTS)

 

EXERCISE 3

STORYTELLING IN PRACTICE

1.  CREATE GROUPS 3-5 PARTICIPANTS

2. SELECT ONE OF THE STORYTELLING METHODS (POSTER, PHOTOGRAPHY, RADIO, PERFORMANCE)

3. USING TEAMWORK AND NEW KNOWLAGE, CREATE A STORY IN THE SELECTED MEDIUM.

4. PRESENT ALL THE STORIES.
